Ingredients

3/4 cup milk (1 1/8)
1/2 cup water (3/4)
1 cup flour (1.5)
3 TBsp melted butter (4.5)
Optional Alterations
Savory: 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp herbs
Sweet: 2.5 TBsp sugar, 1tsp vanilla, 2 TBsp liquor
Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender, pulse for 10 seconds
Refrigerate for 1 hour to let the batter settle
Heat on a small nonstick pan, flip
Place flat on plate
