Breakfast Crepes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (3)

  • 3/4 cup milk (1 1/8)

  • 1/2 cup water (3/4)

  • 1 cup flour (1.5)

  • 3 TBsp melted butter (4.5)

  • Optional Alterations

    • Savory: 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp herbs

    • Sweet: 2.5 TBsp sugar, 1tsp vanilla, 2 TBsp liquor

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, pulse for 10 seconds

  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour to let the batter settle

  3. Heat on a small nonstick pan, flip

  4. Place flat on plate
